the number of parents who can attend has been changed to one<\/p>\n\n\n\n

due to the extension of the quasi state of emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but we appreciate your understanding as a measure to prevent the spread of infection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Please cut off the lower half of the “Health check sheet for attendees [for parents]”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and fill in only the upper half “for the first person”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
