【卒業式参列者について】

2/15のお知らせでお伝えさせていただきましたように、まん延防止措置の延長に伴い保護者の参列可能人数が1人に変更されました。(詳細は2/15掲載のお知らせ：「高校卒業証書授与式　参列者数変更」をご覧下さい。)

　

参列可能人数：　生徒1人につき1人まで　に変更

　

この日を楽しみにしていた、他の家族の方や親戚の方には大変申し訳ありませんが、感染拡大防止の措置として、何卒ご理解賜りますようにお願い申し上げます。

※　「参列者用健康チェックシート【保護者用】」は、下半分を切り取り、上半分の「1人目用」のみご記入してご持参ください。当日、受付で提出となります。

【写真購入について】

クラス集合写真(生徒と担任のみ)の販売について。

当日、会場にて写真屋さんが直接購入受付を行っています。

購入を希望する方は、「申し込み用紙」と「代金（現金2500円）」を直接会場にご持参ください。

(クレジットカードや電子マネー決済には対応しておりません。ご承知おき下さい。)

※　申込用紙は当日会場提出です。学校へ郵送されたものは対応できません。

※　写真の郵送先住所が、学校や寮の住所になっている場合は対応できません。

(卒業後なので、受け渡しができなくなります。)

[About graduation attendees]

As we announced on February 15,

the number of parents who can attend has been changed to one

due to the extension of the quasi state of emergency.

(For details, please see the notice posted on 2/15:

“Change in the number of attendees at the high school diploma awarding ceremony.”)

Number of people who can attend: Change to 1 person per student

We are very sorry for other family members and relatives who were looking forward to this day,

but we appreciate your understanding as a measure to prevent the spread of infection.

* Please cut off the lower half of the “Health check sheet for attendees [for parents]”

and fill in only the upper half “for the first person”.

It will be submitted at the reception on the day.

[About purchasing photos]

About the sale of class group photos (students and homeroom teachers only).

On the day of the event, the photo shop will accept purchases directly at the venue.

If you wish to purchase,

please bring the “application form” and “price (cash 2500 yen)” directly to the venue.

(Please note that we do not support credit card or e-commerce payments.)

* The application form must be submitted at the venue on the day of the event.

Items mailed to the school cannot be handled.

* If the mailing address in the photo is the address of the school or dormitory,

we cannot respond.

(Because it is after graduation, it will not be possible to deliver.)
